HELPING INDIVIDUALS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS LEARN & GROW
Family Support
Durand’s Family Support Services provides assistance to families caring for a loved one with a developmental disability.
Adult Training Services
Durand’s day program offers those with disabilities a way to continue honing their skills when they age out of school.
Residential Services
Staffed by teams of trained professionals 24/7, Durand creates a therapeutic environment in a home-like atmosphere.
Durand School
Individualized learning is the hallmark of the Durand experience with individual plans developed for each child.
Durand School
Durand is a private day school located in Woodbury, NJ. Durand serves students ages 5-21 with autism, learning, and developmental disabilities. The curriculum at Durand emphasizes academics, prevocational and functional life-skills. Secondary students receive vocational training and job sampling. Durand provides speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy.

At Durand, our staff is our greatest resource. We offer many opportunities to learn and grow while assisting the needs of the individuals we serve. Each employee is treated with respect and as a valued professional. We have open positions in our residential programs, respite programs, and our school. In order to apply, you must meet the minimum standards of the position: must be 18 years old, have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, clean criminal and driving record. Durand’s continuing success depends on our ability to hire qualified people and provide those people with a stimulating and challenging environment in which to work.
